**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for the Machining Center within the Maintenance Department. Its main responsibilities include maintaining and improving KPIs, managing resources, overseeing preventive maintenance and TPM documentation, supporting investment projects, and enhancing the performance of machining equipment.

**What Will you do**:

- Manage the department's budget.
- Control departmental expenses.
- Create service and spare parts requests in SAP.
- Monitor audit documentation for CQMS, FM, and CAV.
- Design annual and weekly preventive maintenance programs.
- Design autonomous preventive maintenance routines for machinery and equipment.
- Assist the preventive maintenance team in execution.
- Generate MTBF, MTTR, UPTIME, and maintenance expense reports.
- Create dashboards for metrics and maintenance activity tracking.
- Monitor spare parts inventory in general and departmental warehouses.
- Oversee requests and purchase orders.
- Support suppliers.

**Degree Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Control Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced English.

- Evaluate risks and benefits of different maintenance strategies.
- Prioritize tasks based on operational impact.
- Adapt quickly to unforeseen changes (such as urgent failures or lack of spare parts).

**Preventive Maintenance**
- Design and update preventive maintenance plans, operating conditions, and failure analysis.
- Schedule periodic interventions to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Coordinate human resources, materials, and downtime to execute tasks without affecting production.
- Use maintenance management software (such as CMMS) to record, schedule, and track activities.

**Problem Solving**
- Ability to analyze root causes.
- Effective communication with different areas (production, purchasing, engineering).
- Creativity to propose technical or logístical solutions.
- Document and standardize solutions to prevent recurrence.

- This vacancy is located in Santa Catarina.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday.
- Relocation is not offered.
