Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Role: Supply Chain Operations & Planning
Sub-Role: Supply Chain Management

**PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

: This position will be in support of Central Planning and Fulfillment organization as liaison to Sales and Sales Finance driving and tracking backlog escalations. The person in this position will manage across Direct Order Fulfillment, factory planning, and materials management to ensure alignment of material supply and manufacturing location in support of customer demand.
- Functionally reporting to the Sr Director of Central Planning and Fulfillment
- Lead Central Planning and Fulfillment Organization response to customer escalations
- Collaborate to produce and manage process documentation for CP&F Organization
- Achieve Operational Metrics
- Escalation effectiveness
- Revenue Attainment
- Order Commit metrics
- Recommitment metrics - improvements and decommits
- Provide evidence and results on Assurance of Supply Programs
- Support needed strategic investment in raw material
- Support HUB agreements
- Continue the roll-out and development of programs
- Effective cross-functional work with Commodity Management
- Develop data-set and metrics to manage performance and allow for timely escalations and problem-solving
- Represent CP&F with Project Management Organization to drive project list and alignment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in the electronics industry, and in similar roles; working experience in tier one EMS company is preferred
- APICS, CPIM, certification preferred
- Well versed with Oracle/SAP ERP, Windows and Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other computer system usage
- Experience in analytics solutions - such as Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP BI Tools
- Familiar with document control, BOMs, ECOs and etc
- Must be able to independently resolve issues in accordance with the processes and guidelines as set up by the Juniper Supply Chain Ops team
- Strong Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
