- Escolaridad Licenciatura concluida en áreas económico-administrativas: Lic. En Administración, Mercadotecnia o afín.
- Planeación, Organización y Administración de tiempos
- Proactivo.
- Excelente Actitud de Servicio.
- Trabajo enfocado a resultados.
- Experiência en ventas del sector Inmobiliario.
- Experiência en administración de equipos de Venta (preferentemente equipos de ventas del giro inmobiliario)
- Cumplimiento mensual de objetivos de venta.
- Crear una red de Socios comerciales en su ciudad origen y alrededores.
- Reclutamiento constante de Socios Comerciales.
- Tener grupos activos y participativos en los diversos canales.
- Gestión de Asesores Inmobiliarios, es decir coordinación y seguimiento puntual para el logro de Objetivos de Ventas. (Terrenos Patrimoniales)
- Coordinación de eventos presenciales para presentación de desarrollos a inversionistas.
- Llevar a cabo reuniones presenciales y virtuales con inversionistas y con asesores a cargo.
- Armar, organizar, supervisar el Programa y estrategias de ventas.
- Elaboración de reportes de ventas, y resultados.
- Gestión de trámites administrativos del personal a cargo.
- Excelente esquema de comisiones.
- Excelente Ambiente de trabajo.
