Como **Operation Agent (weight and balance incl.) **desempeñarás las siguientes funciones:

- Cálculo y planificación de la distribución de la carga de la aeronave teniendo en cuenta las normas y reglamentos según el GOM
- Optimización de la descarga de la carga en relación con el volumen y el peso de la aeronave
- Preparar los documentos pertinentes para el vuelo, como declaraciones generales, permisos para las autoridades aduaneras locales, etc.
- Coordinar y supervisar a los proveedores para garantizar la puntualidad.
- Comprobación de la aeronavegabilidad de todos los dispositivos de carga unitarios (ULD) para garantizar una operación de vuelo segura.
- Comprobación de la limpieza de la zona de rampa
- Asegurar la carga en el avión (por ejemplo, cerraduras) y firma las instrucciones de carga.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad y protección de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
- Establecer, mantiene y evalúa los datos estadísticos
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas o delegadas por los supervisores_

**Requisitos**:

- Secundaria concluida
- Licenciatura deseable
- Preferiblemente, de 3 a 6 años de experiência en manipulación y operaciones de carga aérea.
- Español fluido
- Ingles avanzado
- Conocimiento de la normativa aduanera local
- Permiso de conducir en regla
- Conocimientos de informática como usuario
- Trabajo en equipo
- Dispuesto a trabajar 24/7 todos los días del año, especialmente turnos nocturnos
- Disponibilidad para viajar, principalmente dentro de México (GDL principalmente, pero también para capacitaciones a Estados Unidos y Frankfurt)
