Job Summary:

- will play a highly strategic role to deliver successful enhancements for HCM Cloud suite.
- 10 years of Implementation / Support experience in implementing Oracle HCM Applications. Worked with Functional team to deliver technical backlog in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud Suite.
- is required to play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs, based on the requirements, work on enhancing and building new tools related to HCM data migration and HCM reporting.
- must have functional knowledge of HCM Cloud modules that is needed to understand the requirements to design & build the solution

Responsibilities and Duties:
Core HR module experience in Oracle HCM. Strong configuration skills in LE, Organization Structure, Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absences, Time &Labor, Payroll, Compensation and Talent & Performance.

Experience in delivering the Oracle HCM new Redwood UI features.

Should have complete understanding of the Product and Business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.

should have experience in resolving performance issues in the data migration, integration & reporting tracks i.e. should know how to tune SQL and be knowledgeable of the best practices to follow for HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI and Fast Formula.
