We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of **Sourcing Solutions Manager** to join our team:
**Location**: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday form 8 am to 6 pm**Work model**: Hybrid
**What is your day to day?**Deliver pricing and market insights to SD for all assigned pursuits (RFP-RFI-Business Case, etc) in a timely and concise manner, including all services defined on the SoW and Project kick off as per SD definitions.Prepare up to date benchmarking and market insights on all categories to price a defined solution, for all countries included on a particular and all pursuits or projects.Participate on all site visits as required to prepare the sourcing commercial solution on each project we participate to support SD.Manage the RFP, pricing and negotiation process for all RFP-RFI projects on behalf of JLL. Setting savings targets and goals and developing metrics for tracking.Provide SD support as Sourcing Solutions expert on all service categories and/or collaborating with JLL SME to deliver pricing. This includes vendor performance management, account sourcing data, etc.Participate on all project/pursuit meetings with SD teams and client/prospect teams to support JLL and SD team.Assist in developing and communicating the Sourcing vision to the client, JLL, vendors and strategic alliance partners.Supports the strategies for negotiation of major programs, projects and/or vendor activities.Implement and operate integrated outsourcing strategies, standards and guidelines, training, cost parameters and tools/templates.Implementing and maintaining procurement rules and standards set by JLL and the client.Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with approved standards.Focus on priorities, own activities, and processes, quickly identify, and engage with the right people to achieve desired results.Keep track of all pursuits, using the templates and protocols established by the SSM Americas and Global teams, as well as JLL´s.Feed all dashboards and reporting requirements needed for different teams.Document all initiatives properly, with all details and information as needed/requested and upload to drive periodically to share with the team and management.Assist SD in the process of developing a sourcing solution customized for each pursuit.Assist in the process of developing vendor management strategy and sourcing activity.Active value added in the form of quarterly business reviews and other reports for business.Continuous learning process and market savvy to deliver unique expertise and insights to the team and clients.Drive business relationship with other team members.Responsible for searching out new competitive opportunities within the assigned categories and drive the category to ensure an industry leading position for JLL.Ensure sourcing strategies are aligned to global category strategy, plan, and targets.Continually assess the global and regional market environment, supply base and identify major industry trends and threats. Use this knowledge to define optimum strategy for the team.Use innovation and continuous improvement process mindset to drive results for the SD team, creating value for JLL and its clients.
