The Design Engineering Manager/Project Engineering Manager is responsible for engineering team performance and will work on an interdisciplinary team to execute engineering analysis, design, get work proposals and estimates in support of design-built, EPC pursuits and ongoing projects working in a collaborative and engaging team that support projects within the engineering group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead small to large-size project teams in all project phases, from proposals up to start up as applicable.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a project execution plan.
- Support the project change management process to ensure project scope of work, schedule and budgets are clearly defined and understood.
- Establish project procedures consistent with contractual documents and quality plans for all engineering work; determine and oversee all project controls, schedules, and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10+ years of experience in related positions.
- Fully understanding and experience in implementation of project management techniques and practices applied on projects.
- Understand the technical basis for the project including technology being employed sufficiently to support project decision making.
- Assess, identify, and manage risks for projects.
- English C1 Advanced.
