Organize Quality System Audits in accordance with the Audit Schedule Ensure ISO & UL Certification audits and accordingly perform adequate pre-audits. Coordinate the creation and implementation of the Quality System with Regards ISO 9001 Prepare the Quality System management Review. Train People on Process Audit and certify them as an Internal Auditors. Key Support role for the Digitalization process within the Quality Department KPI Monitoring and reporting Manage and analyze reports Provide leadership and direction to the Document Control Agents, quality Reviewers and other functions involved in the Document Control approval process. Lead and motivate teams and stakeholders to drive systems and process improvements across the entire business organization. Responsible to promote the Quality Culture within the sites. Lead and Coordinate Layered Process Audit Quality KPI’s. Develop and Provide RCA/Problem Solving Training programs Design, Track, Measure and Report the Corrective Actions Process Lead and Design the Process Deviation, Track, measure and report status and escalations. Experiência y requisitos
Education/Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field - Advanced English 90% - ISO 9001 Auditor Leader Certified Experience - Experience 5 years essential Quality System Engineering - Leadership Capacity for analysis, teamwork, problem solving, personnel management. - Experience in Quality Operations (Auditing, QMS, Continuous Improvement) - Srong Knowledge in ISO 9001, UL, IATF 16949 is a plus - Auditor training & Qualifications
