**Responsibilities**

Currently we are looking for our next:
**Digital Marketing Coordinator**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Support the development of the Gamesa Digital strategy for brands such as Emperador, Chokis, Marías and deep analysis of the digital landscape as a growth opportunity.

Support the delivery of best-in-class programs across the BU, while maximizing ROI and making the right usage of the data and insights available to refine the learning agenda and improve digital activations.

Assist with the development of the Gamesa’s Digital Ecosystem (gathering digital insights, data, trends) to keep the Business Unit digital savviness.

**What will you be doing?**
- Assist Digital Manager and Brand Managers in Digital Content (Campaings, digital brand assets, platforms, media plans)
- Manages, tracks & analyzes brand’s digital owned platforms (Websites, YouTube Channel, TikTok) while gathering data (insights)
- Manage digital content work flow process to ensure proper and timely placement of assets and content.
- Partnership with brands to establish seasonal priorities, developing integrated marketing digital plans to amplify and distribute content
- Digital A&M (budget) tracking
- Coordinate optimization meetings to track digital campaigns
- Analyze brand’s media investment to assure best digital ROI
- Support the creation and tracking of Social Listening Models and other relevant research (Search)
- Share with Local Teams, monthly newsletter with digital trends, best practices, etc.
- Assists the marketing teams with digital capabilities (Campaign & Media tracking, feedback, assistance)
- Support Digital Manager in the development and implementation of a formal training agenda to elevate digital knowledge among local marketing leaders.

**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?**
- 3+ years of experience in Digital (media agencies o company with contact with media agencies and digital partners)
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing terms, Digital Media & Data Analytics.
- BA required with proven digital training
- Deep understanding of digital campaign objectives, KPIs and optimization
- Previous experience overseeing digital marketing, media campaigns & digital analytics.
- Previous experience executing and analyzing: Meta Campaigns, Google Ads, Twitter campaigns, Display (Programmatic)
- Understanding of full-funnel digital marketing strategies
- Desirable experience with first-party data project
- Knowhow on SEO / SEM (what it is, how it works, analyzing its results)
- Data Analytics to create Dashboards and/or Reports (Digital Campaigns, Website, etc).
