**Your Impact**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
- Measure and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost per hire, quality of hire) and propose continuous improvements.
- ** Manage the full-cycle recruitment process**, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- ** Track recruitment performance metrics** and optimize strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- ** Stay informed on industry trends** in recruitment, real estate, and sales hiring to enhance the recruitment process.
- In the medium term, coordinate and train recruiting assistants or interns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Business, Human Resources, or similar.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and talent database management.
- ** Proven experience in sales-heavy recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.**:

- ** Strong sales and persuasion skills**—you know how to **identify, attract, and convince top talent** to seize an opportunity.
- ** Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive** in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Ability to design talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience negotiating with high-level profiles.

- ** $25,000 MXN per month + commissions** (uncapped earnings based on recruitment success).
