**Summary**
Responsible for the design, development, validation, and series support of heat exchanger products ensuring compliance with Customer and Mahle requirements
- **Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Design, development, and execution of Customer programs in all phases, according to Mahle’s Product Development Process (PDP).
- Know and understand Customer specifications.
- Develop Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for products being developed and keep it updated.
- Generate Customer specification harmonization file.
- Create design (DV) and production (PV) validation plans.
- Follow up on the build of prototype parts for Customer orders and DV testing Implement engineering changes.
- Create and release prototype and design bill of materials.
- Release prototype and engineering drawings.
- Support manufacturing locations with items related to products or components.
- Implement engineering changes.

**Your Skills & Strengths**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mecatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Bilingual English - Spanish.
- Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP.
- Product engineering experience or similar position (manufacturing, design, quality).
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Problem Solving.
