**U.S.based company specializing in wealth planning, digital assets, real estate investments, and stock market operations is seeking to hire a high caliber**_**Financial Administrative Associate**_**. This is a full time, on site position based in Guadalajara, Mexico.**

**Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Finance**, **Economics**, **Financial Administration**, or a related field.
- Preferably with exposure to financial markets or investment products.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- **C2-level English**, neutral accent, excellent diction, and strong verbal communication.
- Outstanding **active listening** and **service oriented mindset**.
- Strong **consultative sales skills** and ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Experience dealing with high value or premium clients is a plus.
- Background in **inside sales (B2B or B2C)** preferred.
- Proficiency with**:CRM systems, Salesforce, Zoom**:

- High level of organization, responsibility, and ability to follow structured processes.

**Work Schedule**

**Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3 days off)**
**8:00 AM - 6:00 PM** (40 hours per week)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and financial support to U.S. teams and clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and reporting activities.
- Manage client interactions and maintain accurate records through CRM tools.
- Support consultative sales processes and help strengthen long term client relationships.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication at all times.
