**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users of Tableau solutions.
- Partner with team members to continuously improve data processes and analytics capabilities.
**Must-Have Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, advanced calculations, and data storytelling.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge or experience in the Supply Chain domain.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
