The Project Manager II is tasked with the operational coordination and administrative oversight of designated project activities, requiring a foundational comprehension of project management methodologies and frameworks. Under the strategic guidance and supervisory oversight of a Senior Project Manager, this role entails executing project deliverables, maintaining meticulous documentation, and facilitating interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment with overarching objectives. The incumbent must demonstrate proficiency in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and schedule adherence, while progressively developing their expertise in complex project orchestration within a dynamic organizational environment.

**AREAS OF EXPERTISE & SPECIAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degree.
- +3 years of Project Management experience.
- MS Project experience.
- Strong sense of urgency and driving issues to closure, with a focus on successful results.
- Proven experience in achieving operational excellence and developing end-to-end procedures with a keen ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
- Meets deadlines and produces high quality work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements
- Customer facing experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the leaders of the delivery team for multiple complex small or medium projects, or a complex segment of a larger project, requiring a broad scope of domain and discipline knowledge. Supports and manages (with the guidance of a senior PM) project plans and resources. Support the task assigned and attend team meetings. Supports the communication of the project status internally and with customers and supports a senior PM the status meetings. Produces project documentation. Vendors control support. Monitors and controls projects and manage day-to-day activities. Identify issues and tracks to resolution. Supports the Senior PM who Manage cost/schedule/resource variances.
- Customer Interaction Support. Interfaces with internal and external teams to ensure alignment of deliverables. Supports the senior PMs to meet or exceed the client's expectations.
- Mid-level experience on project management concepts & helps direct their tasks. proactively contributes to knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Supports to build complex project plans along with senior PM team members receiving guidance from senior project managers, to develop her/him to become eventually a Senior PM.
- Interfaces with team leadership and external teams as appropriate to complete tasks
