**Product Education Specialist**

**The Role**
ClearCompany’s Product Education Specialist will develop, maintain, and continuously improve upon ClearCompany’s current customer-facing learning materials. The Product Education Specialist will create a variety of interactive materials as well as keep ClearCompany’s customer knowledge database up to date.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Content Creation
- Learn new software features quickly and understand how they fit into the existing product
- Develop approaches to break learning down into achievable bites
- Create content for employees as well as internal learners
- Create clear, helpful, and engaging reference materials to teach our clients and internal learners how our products work, what they’re used for, and how to get the most out of them.
- Create high-quality training videos and written resources that are easy to find and fun read/watch in our external Support Center.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with our Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to help increase product adoption.
- Stay organized so that all client-facing reference and learning materials are up-to-date and helpful.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve training materials, continuously assess the effectiveness of materials and adjust content as needed
- Comfort teaching diverse groups in a live or virtual environment
**What we’d like you to have**:
- 1-3 years of experience SaaS product education
- Strong writing and public speaking skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Experience with technical documentation
- Is curious, asks great questions
- Ability to work effectively across all departments to identify and execute upon learning objectives
**Additional skills we’re looking for**:
- Familiarity with common content development tools (Articulate 360 and SCORM authoring tools, Adobe Premiere and video tools).
- Ability to incorporate AI technologies into development and distribution of content.
- Familiarity with LMS (Course Content) and Knowledge Base tools (Basic HTML)
- Software Stack is Brainier (LMS) acquired by ClearCompany, Pendo, Zendesk Helpdesk, ForethoughtAI, Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere and Synthesia.
- Experience with Talent Management software
