**R&D Project Manager**
**Main Purpose**
- Rsponsible for overseeing Technical Project Management teams across Mexico and India to ensure exceptional service is provided mainly in support of R&D Technical Project Management globally across all sectors. Coordinate with in-market team leads, serving as the primary touchpoint for R&D leadership to provide feedback, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and continuously identify opportunities to drive for speed-agility ensuring quality and on-time delivery output.
**Responsibilities**- Project Tracking and reporting - includes, project performance reports, project budget reports, TSG governance reports, TSG metrics dashboards, TSG Checklists, Best practices- Project meeting support and coordination - includes, document meeting minutes and updates project artifacts, Business Stage Gate post alignment with Finance and Marketing teams after TSG- Identify and report on areas of significant business impact and improvement opportunities to in-market leads- Act as liaison between competency leads and in-market leads to bridge the gap between data, business knowledge, and insights generation- Work with Business Partners to develop and finetune internal processes (e.g., work-flow mapping, pain-points, and bottlenecks management)
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirements**- Experience working in the CPG industry- Master’s degree required- Minimum 7 years of prior work experience in Food and beverage, R&D, or product development.- Being Fluent in English is a must- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite- Strong working knowledge of project management, knowledge management, and data administration / database management tools (e.g., SAP ERP, Clarity, etc.)- Advanced data analytics skillset to discover new insights that will guide strategic decisions
