Order Management Specialist

Will assist in managing the electronic fulfillment process to ensure that our digital products are delivered accurately and on time. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in digital distribution, e-commerce, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Assist in the processing and fulfillment of orders.
- **Data Entry**: Enter and update order information in the fulfillment system accurately.
- **Quality Assurance**: Verify the accuracy of orders before delivery to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries and issues related to our products and deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor digital product inventories and report any issues to the Electronic Fulfillment Manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as Customer Service, IT, and Sales, to resolve order fulfillment issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of order transactions and fulfillment activities.
- **System Maintenance**: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of digital fulfillment systems and software.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on order metrics, delivery times, and customer feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in planning or supply chain area, preferably in the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry or automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Cisco, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
