As** HR Leader** for the Mexico market you will lead the HR function/team for the market and play a key role as strategic talent partner to drive business growth and ensure Ecolab remains an employer of choice in the market.
**What You Will Do**:
- Lead the HR function for the Mexican market, covering app. 1.800 associates across all divisions and functions
- Partner with the market head and the senior leadership team to drive business performance and growth (GM’s and functional leader plus -1 level)
- Develop and implement the HR roadmap, aligned with the global HR vision and the business objectives
- Build and maintain a strong HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Ensure the delivery of HR services and solutions across the market, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion
- Represent Mexico and partner with the global HR and Business/Functional leaders on various topics and projects
- Manage the HR budget and resources for the market, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness - Further optimize efficient HR operations via digital and automation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards in the region
- Maintain and manage unions relationships of 3 different unions of 3 factories - partnering with trust and courage
