**About the Team**:

**What You’ll Do**:

- Monitor and verify all OTA fees and commission payments to prevent discrepancies.
- Finalize and close billing statements monthly; support the accounting team with regular reporting.
- Create new listings for newly onboarded units (200-300/month), ensuring a fast and high-quality go-live.
- Regularly audit OTA listings for performance metrics (ranking, velocity) and competitor benchmarking.
- Write compelling descriptions and curate photos that drive guest interest and bookings.
- Act as the point of contact between OTA partners and internal teams (Accounting, Marketing, Operations).
- Respond to internal requests for updates, content changes, or guest-related information quickly and effectively.
- Provide insights to leadership on performance trends and opportunities for growth across channels.

**What You Need**:

- Fluent English (spoken and written); strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in office
- 2+ years experience in accounting, OTA operations, or a related field involving high-volume data and customer-facing platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with accounting tools and principles (e.g., Revenue Recognition, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation).
- Creative eye for listing optimization—content, photos, and guest-first language.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
