**Sr. Finance Manager (**must have experience in the automotive industry)

Required Skills and Experience / Qualifications:

- 10 Years on the manager position & with people in charge.
- 20 Years on accounting / finance /budgeting, cash management.
- Accounts payable, finance formats (estados financieros), corporate governance.
- SAT updates, accounts receivable, budget control, cost accounting.
- Payroll governance/tax / social security, procedure/policy implementation.
- Annual declaration, audit from external associations, inventory / fixed assets control.
- Software: desirable epicor, Windows Office.
- Ability to deliver results through empowerment of people, change.management and performance management.
- Proven experience leading and driving results improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
