**Description**:
**Customer Service Manager Responsibilities**:

- Support our customers through a variety of sales platforms
- Support our customers through calls
- Coordinate mockup/previews with our Design Team
- Send quotes to Customers
- Organize To-Do's
- Create Quick Replies to the most common questions
- Followup Conversations
- Followup Sales

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English (Written and Spoken)

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Customer Service Experience: 5 years (required)
- Sales Experience: 2 years (preferred)

**Benefits**:

- Monday-Friday 8-hour shift (8:00AM-5:00PM)

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
