**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for directing and managing the Corporate Accounts Payable staff to provide accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligations as well as travel and expense reimbursements and ensure the integrity of the data in the financial accounting system.
- The leadership of the Accounts Payable staff includes hiring, training, assigning and directing the work flow of the staff.
- Establish internal controls and procedures to protect the assets of the company and determine new controls or procedures that address the growth of the company.
- Interacts on a regular basis with upper management and external customers as well as other internal customer departments to integrate solutions that meet the company's goals both financially and operationally.
- Preparation of account reconciliations and accruals, disaster recovery planning and month end closing deadlines.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience of accounts payable processing experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate experience with project management and process improvement. Experience with the set up and maintenance of the vendor master file up Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word and PeopleSoft.
- Proven systems integration experience including planning, evaluation and implementation.
- Experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment. Experience in a multi-location company preferred but not required.
- Experience with Purchasing & Corporate Cards is preferred.

Pay: $37,000.00 per month
