**Overview**:
Celanese Mexico is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Account Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth within a specified geographic territory in the Bajio area focusing on new business development and maintaining existing customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Building a robust pipeline of opportunities

Managing all Salesforce data related to assigned accounts

Providing world-class service levels through frequent customer interactions.

Lead the development and implementation of segment/account growth plans, supporting the introduction and sale of new products to customers via translation opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or International Business.
- 3 years of commercial experience in an account management role
- Experience in a chemical or plastics company
- Ability to reside within the geographic territory and travel 50-75% of the time
- Plastics knowledge, preferably Celanese material offering or related
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to understand technical properties of materials portfolio
- Ability to organize/prioritize and work independently
- Proven negotiation skills
- Business acumen & customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Preferably to leave in Queretaro / Bajio area
