Quality Team Leader

**Job Details** **What will you do?** Responsible for developing and improving the quality system effectively implementing the modifications to the quality manual and procedures that affect the quality system. Adapt the quality system to meet ISO 9001 standards and JCMS / Quality Total requirements. Keep updated NCN, RMA, GCAS and LPA's systems. Ensure that the quality system complies with the requirements of government agencies, specific customer requirements and corporate guidelines. Coordinate improvements and corrective actions to maintain NCN's, RMA's, GCA's and LPA's systems. **How will you do it?** 1. Responsible to update and modify the quality manual. 2. Responsible to maintain updated quality manual procedures that affect the function of the quality system. 3. Responsible to maintain the NCN's system updated it and ensure that corrective actions have a responsible to monitor. 4. Responsible for the RMA's system implementation and updating and ensure that corrective actions have a responsible. 5. Establish a monitoring and response time metric for NCN's, RMA's, GCA's and LPA'ssystem. 6. Responsible for review once a month the monitoring and response metric to the NCN's, RMA's, GCA's and LPA's systems. 7. Communicate goals for NCN's, RMA's, GCA's and LPA's response to different levels of the organization. 8. Training to key positions for the settlement of NCN's, RMA's, GCA's andLPA's. 9. Support savings and improved CI and VA programs. 10. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly information of the quality indicators (Reports and Graphs). 11. Coordinate troubleshooting equipment affecting the quality system. 12. Ensure that corrective actions directed the design team in Milwaukee are documented and are carried out according to the times set in the system. 13. Responsibilities related to the ISO-9001 system. 14. And other duties as assigned by your manager. 15. EHS Committee Participation 16. Member of Safety observation program. 17. Involve EHS area prior to implementation of new and modified materials or processes. 18. Define, implement and disseminate health and safety policy at work and the environmental policy in your area. 19. Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment. 20. Participate in the review of the system. 21. Provide resources for the implementation of the system. 22. Participate in Training programming system. 23. Provide specific training to different functions for the proper functioning of the EHSManagement System 24. Identify training needs in safety, health and environment. 25. Train your staff in procedures and instructions. 26. Follow-up and review procedures and instructions OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 27. Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position. **What we look for?** Education: Electronics Engineer / Industrial Electronics Engineer / Electronics and Communications Engineer / Computer Electronic Systems Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Electromechanical Engineer. Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of Statistical Quality Control, Experiments Design, manufacturing methods and procedures, TQC (Total Quality Control), JIT (Just in Time) and their Package Management Computer (Microsoft Office) Electronic Components - Quality Systems. LEM behaviors Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing process. The experience may have been gained in Johnson Controls Reynosa or another company. In the absence of education requirement, is required to have minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing areas. Language: English needed to communicate. Communication Skills: Production area: direct communication with production supervisors on nonconformances raw material, process and / or final audit. Engineering: Ensure that process documentation is reviewed during the analysis and solution of reported failures in the process, by the customer or as a result of an audit. Incoming inspection: I.M.E.R update; get material available on-hold. Milwaukee Product Engineering, coordinated to follow the raw materials and final audit instructions.
