Descripción y detalle de las actividades

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES**:

- Liderar la implementación de nuevos métodos de prueba como parte del equipo de desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Evaluar los atributos críticos de diseño y componentes para su uso en el desarrollo del proceso de ensamblaje de PCB.
- Impulsar los resultados de las pruebas: documentación, problemas de calidad, rendimiento y objetivos de tiempo de ciclo.
- Apoyar los procesos de fabricación de prototipos, con énfasis en la identificación y resolución temprana de riesgos.
- Recopilación y análisis de datos de los resultados de la construcción de prototipos, utilizando herramientas tecnológicas (Big Data, IA, Machine Learning, etc.), para impulsar mejoras en los procesos y el diseño.
- Revisar y aprobar la compra de equipos/herramientas de
- prueba de capital.

Experiência y requisitos
- Licenciatura en Ciencias en una disciplina de ingeniería (eléctrica, electrónica o informática).
- Más de 6 años de experiência en fabricación de productos electrónicos, con responsabilidad en el desarrollo de pruebas.
- La experiência debe incluir la introducción de nuevos productos y el desarrollo de nuevos procesos.
- Experiência previa en la fabricación de electrónica de prueba.
- Sólida experiência en electrónica para productos automotrices, médicos, de aviación y/o comerciales.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de prueba y análisis estadístico (GR&R, MSA, Cpk, etc.).
- Experiência en el diseño y desarrollo de equipos y accesorios de prueba, así como en especificaciones de bienes de equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos de diseño y fabricación locales y remotos.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
- Formación en herramientas estructuradas de resolución de problemas:5-Why, 8-D, DMAIC o similares.
- Capacidad para desarrollar y utilizar herramientas APQP: PFMEA y CP.
- Experiência en la resolución de problemas técnicos complejos de diseño de pruebas y relacionados con productos.
- Bilingue 100% (Ingles / Espanol)
