The **Reporting Intern**supports data processing, reporting, and basic analysis to help provide clear, data-driven insights for business decisions. This role involves assisting in the preparation of reports, organizing data, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) under the guidance of team members.

**Main activities**:

- Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of reports, datasets, ad hoc requests, and dashboards for service managers and leadership using system tools and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency while monitoring reporting performance against agreed service industry metrics.
- Lead the development of new Tableau dashboards, complex data projects, automation of current reports, and identification of future reporting needs related to the service business.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to Data Analysts and service leaders, fostering a data
- driven culture within the organization.
- Actively participate in business analysis activities, operational reviews, and meetings with service leaders to present insights and gain a deep understanding of the business from an operational perspective.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications to develop the necessary reports and dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in reporting and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives & perform other duties as assigned.

**Areas of Expertise & Special Skills**:

- Experience or academic background in reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding or experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSMS, VBA, and Visual Studio

(preferred).
- Familiarity with automation and process optimization for enhanced efficiency in reporting and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute to process enhancements.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency in data handling and reports.

**Location**: Guadalajara

**Schedule specifications**: 25 hours hybrid a week
