**Financial Analyst**

**Location**: Mexico City (Condesa/Roma)
**Salary**: $15,000 $18,000 MXN net per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
**Work Mode**: Hybrid

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Financial Analyst** with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.

This is a replacement position with a great challenge: to scale processes with structure and eventually become responsible for the administrative and financial area.

We are not looking for prior work experience but rather an excellent academic record, positive energy, and a growth-oriented attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**

**FP&A**
- Build and update financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management and investors.
- Conduct profitability and market analysis.

**Finance Operations & Treasury**
- Support cash flow management and treasury controls.
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Manage vendor payments and basic financial controls.

**Investor Relations & Reporting**
- Prepare executive reports and financial summaries.
- Assist in investor communications and data room management.
- Collaborate on decks and materials for fundraising.

**Procurement**
- Review budgets for travel, hardware, and services.
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage contracts and expense control.

**Requirements**:

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong academic performance (required).
- Solid analytical skills and interest in financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
- Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
