**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Directs the EHS department to ensure continuous improvement in safety, health, environment and energy. Develop, implement and manage the Health and Safety, Environment and Energy systems to achieve continuity in the business. Lead EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) strategy, procedure/programs and campaigns directed at moving towards continuous improvement in World Class Environmental, Safety and Health for all manufacturing, distribution, sales and office sites across the region.Manages all aspects of the company’s EHS Management System within the region, including developing and implementing strategies, programs, policies, and training to reduce and/or eliminate risks. (visual management)-Inspects facilities to identify existing or potential safety, health, and/or environmental hazards; determine corrective or preventative measures and follow-up to ensure measures have been implemented. Analyzes systemic incident causes; present to management team and assist in developing and implementing corrective actions. Supports or leads safety committees to insure consistency of direction, standardization of work and an overall focus on continuous improvement.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Educational requirement: - Bachelor's degree (university or equivalent through experience) in engineering. Knowledge of risk assessments
- Experience with different EHS projects
- Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO-45001 and ISO 14001 - internal audits. Knowledge of energy management / monitoring
- Speak English fluently. Knowledge of IT systemsCompetencies:
