**GBS LATAM Perfect Store Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**
Create a Center of Excellence for Perfect Store in the team to expand our capabilities, create efficiencies, deliver best in class soutions and evolve the model in the future, to become more granular and capture vertical growth across our business.
**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**
- _ Lead the Perfect Store agenda aligned with the Perfect Store sector priorities_
- _ Deploy and Develop key Perfect Store capabilities: _
- _Picture of Success_
- _ Reporting & Analytics_
- _ Collaborates with the sector and the markets to gather all the information needed to report results_
- _ Coordinate all Perfect Store tracking and provides insights on performance to tackle big opportunities _
- _Works with the TechSales team to ensure that the massive load of the survey is aligned with the principles of the Perfect Store and the definition of Picture of Success._
- _ Value Realization Measurement & Monetizing agenda_
- _ Evolves the Value Realization model working closely with cross functional teams_
- _ Win stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to all key stakeholders _
- _Guarantee end to end process is properly coordinated with the Perfect Store LATAM team. _
- _Ensure connection and leverage capabilities with other GBS hubs and within MBS._
Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- _
Minumum 6 years working experience in areas of Analytics, Insights, Sales, Transformation._
- _ Bachelor’s degree is required_
- _ Strong ability to develop and sustain successful networks across a complex matrixial organization._
- _ Strong quantitative skills and Analytics proficiency _
- _Advanced English is required_
- _ Strategic thinking and Results oriented _
