**Position Title: Operations Manager**

**Reports to: Plant Manager**

**Requirements**:
- 6 years experience in operations manager

**Functions**:

- Lead improvement of the top KPIS of the plant, through route cause analysis and problem-solving methodology.
- Coordinate all the areas to work together and provide support to achieve the production plan 100%.
- Works with Maintenance and EHS Departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Investigates and strives to sustain corrective countermeasures of all the recordables and near miss incidents
- Develops and maintains quality standards combined with productivity goals
- Develops and maintains a team approach while working with operators, supervisors, and engineers to identify and address internal quality issues.
- Establishes production priorities. Plans and directs production activities to meet these timelines
- Assure and evaluate the performance of production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, put in place actions to improve the productivity of the plant.
- Lead the tracking of the actions and the continued improvement.
- Assured On-Time-Delivery to both internal and external customers
- Works with engineers and production control to meet scheduling demands and assure profitability
- Works with purchasing and planning team to drive inventory to the proper level based on demand
- Works cross-functionally to set up the flow of product through the facility
- Establishes and works with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired efficiency goals
- Establish trains and mentor’s lean practices.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system, tracking each to closure
- Responsible for preparing the plant for a successful launch through the correct use of the Plant Launch Glide Path System
- Responsible to put in place, corrective counter measures to achieve the financial goal of the company GP/EBITAD)
- Responsible for coordinating the activities of the Plant Operations Team to assure plant systems, equipment, and tracking programs are completed on time and in compliance with the specifications.
