**Why You’ll Love Working with Us**:

- **Full-time salary: $14,000 MXN/month**(Base salary)
- **Part-time salary: $7,000 MXN/month**(Base salary)
- **Bonuses up to $3,500 MXN/month** based on class load

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Language Teacher at Spoken Learning, you’ll deliver approximately **30 fun and interactive lessons per week** (or 15 for part-time), tailored to diverse students’ goals and levels. You’ll also participate in exciting educational projects and contribute to our vibrant academic community.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Creating personalized and dynamic lesson plans
- Teaching students of all ages (including kids as young as 4)
- Adjusting syllabi to meet individual student needs
- Collaborating with a friendly and passionate teaching team
- Tracking and assessing student progress
- Creating digital content (social media, syllabi, materials, etc.)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or related fields
- **At least 3 years of teaching experience** (preferably adults)
- Proficiency in **both Spanish and English**
- Passion for student success and intercultural connection
- Availability to work **weekdays and Saturdays**
- Commitment of **44 hours/week (Full-time)** or **22 hours/week (Part-time)**
