Job Description:
Customer Contact Quality Engineer
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Attention to Customer complaints for units located on the field providing initial response-containment and root cause analysis with corrective actions to solve quality problems
- Administration of KPI metrics to evaluate Customer Satisfaction and guide local team to solve quality problems to increase Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge in Assembly process, standard work instructions, control plan, PFMEA.
- Knowledge at ISO9001, ASTM norms, Paint norms.
- Drawing interpretation (GDT), Electrical Diagrams, Hydraulic Diagrams
- Basic measurement equipment knowledge like caliper, micrometer, multimeter, thickness meter, etc.
- Welding quality validation knowledge.
Essential Functions:
- Full leadership as Customer Contact Quality Engineer for our Finish Good products
- Implement quick responses to quality problems reported by our customers
- Guide Root Cause Analysis to solve quality problems at the field
- Administrate the KPI's to increase our Customer Satisfaction
