**Aon is looking for an Equity Compensation Associate Consultant**

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

**What the day will look like**

As a valued team member, you'll employ your analytical proficiency and technical expertise to aid clients in crafting and valuing equity-linked rewards. Each day, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and adapting sophisticated MS Excel-based models, while collaborating with passionate colleagues and clients.
- Develop and adapt statistical models (e.g., Black-Scholes, lattice, Monte Carlo simulations)
- Build statistical methods, data analysis and presentations with creative problem solving skills
- Independently support projects in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Grow into roles involving client interaction, project management and account oversight

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication for effective client and team interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint)
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
- English level Proficiency C1

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, actuarial science, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field is preferred. Other educational backgrounds are considered.
