**Job Description**:
Supply Chain business systems specialist and project deployment lead for one of Rockwell Automation’s manufacturing plants. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing Industry 4.0 projects impacting multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Managing the deployment of new technical solutions by setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting the implementation, leading change management and overseeing the post-deployment hypercare.
- Enabling manufacturing operations through daily support of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) & IoT (Internet of Things) systems.
- Serving as a technical expert on cross-functional teams, advising teams on new product launches, configuring new production lines, and improving processes.
- Engaging with stakeholders to discover and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of business systems.
- Prioritizing opportunities and creating a digital transformation roadmap.
- Promoting global technology and process standards across manufacturing locations.
- Training users on new systems to ensure redundancy of critical skillsets.
- Some off-hours support may be required depending on project work.
- Travel up to 10%.
