Commercial Legal Specialist at BairesDev
We are looking for a Commercial Legal Specialist to join our Team to provide support on legal matters.
What You Will Do:
- Support regional and business teams on legal matters.
- Provide general advice, such as contract review, among others.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Previous experience with US agreements.
- Experience in dealing with issues relating to international businesses.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- 3+ years of experience in agreements review/negotiation (desirable).
- Previous experience with Software Outsourcing companies (desirable).
- Advanced English level.
