**Description**

As a business analyst, your primary responsibilities are analyzing, designing and writing documentation about business processes, business & functional requirements as well as non-functional requirements.

You try to find the best solutions for the customer or the software that needs to be build or integrated within the context of that environment in terms of cost, timeline, existing processes, limitations and boundaries etc.

Other activities include participation in testing, bug fixing and support activities. Your natural talent for teamwork and online collaboration helps you to be productive and a valued team member. You participate actively in working sessions and bring in without hesitation your own creative ideas. Your eagerness to learn new things, to dive in and to get your hands dirty brings yourself and the team to a higher level.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical thinking and mindset
- Strong ability to structure information well and to make it understandable by all kinds of people, be it technical or more business oriented
- Good at processing (large) data volumes
- Ability to think conceptually as well as practically depending the circumstances of the project
- Good at converting ideas into visual representations to help guide discussions and come to the right conclusions
- Good presentation skills, in writing as well as verbally
- Basic organizational skills to support project management activities
- Strong affinity with technology in general and IT specifically
- Interested in working in a very international context and adapting to different company cultures
- Good interpersonal and facilitator skills
- Ability to operate well in a team as well as able to work independently
- Good knowledge of the English language, verbally as well as in writing
- Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

**Nice to have**:

- Command of MS Visio or other presentation tools such as Canva
- Any prior documentation writing experience
- Any prior experience following or designing processes or functional requirements
- Any knowledge about software development methodologies (waterfall, agile,)
- Any knowledge about project management or related certifications
- Any knowledge about estimating work and/or pricing
- Any knowledge about business structures and/or setups in medium and large organizations
- Any other command of other languages in writing as well as verbally, next to Spanish, Portuguese, German, French Italian, Chinese, Japanese; to lesser extend Russian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Arabic

**Qualifications**:

- Any language command stretches to recommendation
- Ability to work legally in Mexico through nationality or readily available work permit
- Clean criminal records
