**Responsibilities**
**T**he Opportunity - Daily Logistics Planner In Mexico City**:
- Are you passionate about solving complex logistics challenges and making an impact in daily operations? Join our team as a **Daily Logistics Planner**, where you'll play a key role in optimizing last-mile delivery routes across multiple markets using advanced routing technology.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Generate and deliver efficient daily route plans for last-mile deliveries, ensuring full compliance with SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs/OLAs).- Expertly operate the **Omnitracs Routing and Dispatch** platform to design optimal routing solutions based on local operational requirements and constraints.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—sales, customer service, and on-site operations—to ensure alignment and agility in daily plans.
- Work on a 5-day schedule that may include shifts from Monday to Sunday, including late afternoon or evening hours, depending on operational needs.
- Actively contribute to continuous process improvement and promote a feedback-driven culture across all stakeholders.
**Your Impact**:
- As a **Daily Logistics Planner**, you will:
- Deliver daily routing solutions using **Omnitracs Routing and Dispatch (A/E)** for multiple markets.
- Gather, validate, and process local operational data and constraints to inform routing decisions.
- Support and drive improvements in routing efficiency and overall logistics performance through ongoing analysis and collaboration.
**Qualifications**

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
**Experience & Skills**:
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
- Strong analytical and abstract reasoning to understand and optimize processes and metrics.
- Proven ability to manage time and tasks independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Results-driven mindset with strong planning and follow-up capabilities.
