We are looking for passionate UX researcher to join our dynamic digital team supporting one of our key global clients.
- The key responsibilities for the UX Researcher role include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, design, and conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across diverse corporate banking experiences.
- Translate complex user insights into actionable recommendations that align with product strategy, inform product roadmaps, and prove UI/UX designs.
- Work as an embedded partner with our stakeholders in design, product, content, and engineering to frame problems, test concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
- Lead user interviews, competitive analysis, usability testing, and surveys with institutional users/products.
- Develop personas and journey maps to support long-term experience strategy.
- Advocate for user-centered design by clearly communicating findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives, artifacts, and presentations.
- Ensure research practices align with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., data privacy, banking compliance).
- Maintain a repository of insights and support a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based decision-making.
- Identify, track, and monitor KPIs relevant to business needs throughout a project lifecycle.-
- Skills required:
- 5-8 years of relevant UX research and product experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, enterprise SaaS, or similarly complex domains.-
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.-
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and articulate end-to-end research independently, from scoping to reporting.-
- Experience working with B2B, corporate clients, or regulated industries.-
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working across cross-functional and hierarchical teams.-
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems and translating them into clear research questions and plans.-
- Familiarity with accessibility, usability standards, and financial compliance considerations is a plus. Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma, or equivalent.
