We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

**Finance MI Manager**

**Role purpose**:
The GSC/HTC reporting team supports the 8 GSC entities & 3 HTC entities in the following activities:
a) Monthly submissions into TM1;
b) URI analysis

c) Function-wise analysis reports with commentary

d) Actual vs. Target/forecast variance analysis

e) Preparation of monthly EXCO Packs for GSCs & HTCs.

e) Forecasting analysis for Global Functions

f) Support during Annual Operating Plan (AOP) & Detailed Budgeting

g) Other Adhoc requests from the central reporting teams/in-country teams

**Main activities**:

- Reporting numbers in TM1 with Nil exceptions in numbers & Timelines
- Nil URIs between TM1 & SARACEN - Coordinate with SARACEN team for required action
- Preparation of MI Pack and other metrics reports for GSC Mexico
- To effectively Support Business Performance
- financial control and reporting
- Build analytical capability and be capable to drive automation in the process
- Have full knowledge about the process and cost-drivers and be able to prepare insightful commentary.
- Continue and enhance relationship partnering - Develop stronger relationships within teams and across functional & regional teams.
- Adhere to Group timelines for delivery. Deliver and Support “Better and Faster”.
- Provide significant support in the planning, LE and forecasting exercise.
- Timely updating SOP on periodic basis
- Open for Adhoc requests and ensure to deliver as per agreed timelines
- Ensure all activities are reviewed internally before publish to various stakeholders

Requirements

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Accounting professionals (similar to CA/CWA in India) with 5-6 years of accounting experience, month-end reporting, preparation of monthly reports with commentaries, Cost Center/Function-wise analysis.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting & submit adjustment journals in MI systems, stakeholder management is required.
- Good Communication skills is a must.
- Technical skills in excel and should be able to write formula in excel.
