Senior UX/UI Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UX/UI Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client is a leading real estate creation company in western Mexico with over 40 years of experience. They create residential developments based on the extraordinary quality of life, urban generosity, surplus value, and beauty, specializing in seven areas: houses, land, apartments, vacation homes, commercial, industrial, and offices. The client aims to create sustainable and environmentally friendly developments. They often include amenities such as parks, playgrounds, sports facilities, and shopping areas within their developments.- Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in real-world product design and years of experience in creating and implementing UX/UI.
- Ability to work with other teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet stakeholder needs and vision.
- Experience developing and using design systems, libraries, and patterns, such as digital guidelines.
- Ability to design distinctive, intuitive, creative artifacts (e.g., wireframes, task flows, screen mockups, prototypes).
- Expert command of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma Sketch, InVision, etc.).
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Analyze and identify pain points from the users' perspective.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
- Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategies and technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:

- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Communicate user experience with user stories, journeys, storyboarding, interactive prototypes, low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, etc.
- Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Identify design problems and devise smart solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Design and develop the user experience for mobile, desktop, and web experiences.
