Toolroom Supervisor

**General & Task Management**:

- Generate Toolshop Work Orders and monitor Plan vs. Actual progress.
- Track and ensure proper Work Order scan in/out by Technicians.
- Evaluate jobs to determine feasibility of completion within the Tool Room for essential manufacturing and assembly.
- Prepare initial NC (Non-Conformance) reports in MS PowerPoint and submit them to the Toolshop In-charge.
- Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and related concerns to management.
- Demonstrate leadership in measuring and improving Technician efficiency.
- Manage shift operations and adapt to changes in scheduling as required.
- Organize and oversee Operator training sessions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Implement and sustain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to uphold workplace standards.

**People Management**:

- Lead, guide, and support Technicians and Trainee Engineers.
- Conduct skill training within the work group.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment, adhering to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures.
- Achieve departmental and company KPI targets.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in CNC programming, electrode design, and toolroom operations.
- At least 2 years’ prior experience in a Mold Manufacturing company.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven ability to work under tight production targets.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Strong knowledge of measurement techniques.
- Solid understanding of Injection Mold manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Available to work in special shifts.
