**Engineering Manager & Maintenance**

Company located in Ciudad Juarez, is searching for an Engineering Manager with additional responsibility for the maintenance area, responsibilities include Lead process engineering activities for new process development, technology transfer, validation, capital projects to support final product manufacturing. Efficiently supervise the maintenance employees as well as manage the janitorial crew and facility related activities, keeps the production equipment running according to the needs of the company. Resolve troubleshooting problems, analyzing data, and improve KPI’s performance. Budget management, investment forecast by team.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- B.S. Degree in Engineering; **Mechanical, Electronic, Automation **or related field with additional professional qualifications in Project Management.
- Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools and/or Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Experience in the Automotive industry, metalworking processes, stamping presses, rolling, welding
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience at manager level, supervision and management of Engineers, and maintenance technicians.
- Experience in plant transfers and acquisition and installation of new equipment and new technologies.
- Experience handling capital projects and machinery investment.
- Experience working with suppliers from equipment and facilities.
- Leadership capabilities required to provide engineering coaching and guidance to other departments and helps train new engineers.
- Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
