We are looking for:
**Senior Financial Analyst ( Budgets for projects)**

**Main Job Purpose**

This position is responsible to provide financial support to the Senior Manager, Project Controlling. Will indirectly support the project core team to ensure that all project controlling functions are performed accurately on a timely basis and in accordance with KOSTAL’s standards.

**Primary Responsibilities**- Creating customer projects using a standard structure ( Sap System)
- Loading budgets
- Review and release budget supplements
- Creating WBS Elements for tools and capital equipment
- Review and approve Purchase Requisitions
- Ensure correct and timely collection of actual costs on projects
- Charge internal hours to projects monthly
- Ensuring all relevant Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are maintained in PS on a timely basis
- Support business case calculations,annual budget, and quarterly forecast

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business; Finance or Administration Major preferred
- More than 8 years of experience in Budgets structures for Projects and product development in the Automotive Industry
- English Advanced ( the position reports directly to USA)
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP (CO, PS, SD, BW)
- Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
- Organization, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential
- Ability to be a team player and work under pressure.
