¿Eres un profesional en ingeniería interesado en la gestión estratégica de mantenimiento?

En Cervecería Tecate estamos buscando un Coordinador de Planeación de Mantenimiento apasionado por mejorar la disponibilidad y eficiencia de equipos, garantizando seguridad, calidad y productividad.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Planificar y coordinar mantenimientos correctivos, preventivos y predictivos.
- Supervisar la ejecución de mantenimientos asegurando la disponibilidad de recursos.
- Participar en equipos de mejora enfocados en metodologías TPM.
- Administrar indicadores clave y reuniones operativas.

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniería Industrial, Electromecánica, Mecánica, Electrónica o afín.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Experiência en mantenimiento estratégico y administración de recursos.

**Actividades Específicas**:

- Planificar y programar mantenimientos correctivos, preventivos y predictivos.
- Generar y actualizar reportes de resultados de mantenimiento.
- Administrar reuniones operativas de mantenimiento.
- Supervisar y reportar condiciones inseguras y near misses.
- Gestionar solicitudes y capturas en SAP relacionadas con mantenimiento.
