**Requerimientos**:

- Licenciatura en Administración, Actuaría, Economía, Finanzas o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en estructuración de crédito, créditos sindicados, agencias de crédito, modelos financieros, análisis de producto etc.
- Conocimiento de contratos asociados bajo ley mexicana y americana.
- Conocimiento y manejo de Power BI / Office avanzado
- Inglés avanzado
- Sólidas habilidades de organización, atención al detalle, enfoque a resultados, negociación, solución a problemas, sentido de urgencia, comunicación asertiva, etc.

**Principales funciones**:

- Fungir como intermediario entre cliente, bancos acreedores y autoridades regulatorias.
- Coordinación, gestión y administración de agencias de crédito
- Evaluación de nuevas agencias
- Revisión de contratos sindicados
- Supervisión de la distribución de documentos a los bancos sindicados
- Seguimiento de contratos (covenants)
- Análisis de productos y fuentes de pago
