Intake Specialist

With offices across the country, no matter where you are injured, our team of legal experts is here to help you. We strive to provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and thorough support for our clients during challenging times. We are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist to join our team and help potential clients take their first step toward justice and recovery.

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role involves gathering detailed information, assessing the client's needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed, compassionate, and empathetic interviews to gather information on potential cases.
- Assessing and qualifying leads by evaluating the circumstances surrounding the incident and determining eligibility.
- Accurately document case details and enter them into our case management system.
- Maintain strong communication with potential clients, providing updates as needed.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case handoff.
- Follow up with potential clients who have incomplete information or additional questions.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in personal injury law, intake, or customer service in a legal setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with case management software (experience with Lead Docket preferred).
- Bilingual skills a plus (please specify language, if relevant).
- Must be able to work weekends.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
