**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Paid Search Manager. The Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client’s target KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize search campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing) using updated features i.e. ad extensions, dynamic search ads, remarketing lists.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Proactively perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Combine data and analytics across sources into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Perform regular competitive research analysis, analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to increase ROI.
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace.
- Discuss high level optimizations and strategy with clients.

**Qualifications**:
Technical
- 3+ years experience in Paid Search account management
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Platforms
- In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns (particularly Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Bid Management technology).
- Google Ads Search Certifications

Professional
- Curious, critical thinker with an analytics mindset
- Possesses strong business writing skills and is able to produce high-quality documents.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Exhibits a high level of attention to detail.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills.

Additional Information
- Manage key senior day-to-day client relationships and oversee the client media planning process from inception through final delivery, representing and advocating for the client’s goals at all stages of the planning process
- Integrate digital channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Programmatic, et al., into a single, platform-agnostic media plan that delivers client results first and foremost
- Proactively identify client and agency business opportunities to drive innovation and impact, positioning Jellyfish as a premiere digital agency. This includes the production of case studies that showcase Jellyfish’s exceptional capabilities while focusing primarily on delivering client objectives.
- Be an integral part of the pitch team, leading a unified cross-channel response to meet aggressive new business acquisition goals
- Responsible for and present Media Objectives and Strategy documents for larger efforts and quarterly, annual planning, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of strategic excellence and deliver against the brief and client needs
