Working as a Project Engineer, you will be the, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.
**This position reports to**:
Senior Project Engineer
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards.
- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline.
- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
- Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, mechanical, business engineering or a similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in Electrical field, working as Project engineer within the Manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including SAP, AutoCAD, and CREO.
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies.
- Intermediate level of English.
