We are expanding our global Operations Centers footprint by establishing a new Operations Center in Mexico City to serve the Americas (North America and LatAm) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance.

**About the role**:
In this opportunity as Senior Customer Security Analyst, you will:

- Serve as the primary data curator for the centralized content library of security statements, documentation, and artifacts that support customer requirements
- Prepare responses and evidence for customer security engagements that reflect the status of a security policy, practice or control
- Organize materials for presentation and storage for additional engagements
- Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements
- Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions
- Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product-level questions.
- Build upon the Information security knowledge base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information
- Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters Information Security posture

**About you**:
You're a fit for the role of Senior Customer Security Analyst if your background includes:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in information security.
- Experience writing statements, and responses for customers.
- Technical information security background.
- PwC auditing or compliance background.
- Auditor experience is a plus.
- Security Operations Analyst experience is a plus.
