Coordinar los diferentes mercados (Dinero, Capitales y Fondos) y alternativas de inversión a personas físicas de alto perfil, contactando clientes, detectando sus necesidades particulares e invitándolos a invertir con Santander, con el fin de captar y generar mayores recursos Controlar las carteras con los diferentes perfiles de clientes, identificando sus necesidades en términos de horizonte (tiempo) y riesgo, con la finalidad de clasificar a los clientes para una mejor atención Dirigir la promoción de los productos del banco orientas a personas físicas, tales como créditos hipotecarios, fiduciario, etc, haciendo sinergias e interactuando con otras áreas, con la finalidad de generar mayores recursos para la compañía Prospectar nuevos clientes, contactando a personas físicas que cumplan con el perfil e identificando oportunidades de negocio con ellas, con la finalidad de incrementar la base de clientes que generen mayores ingresos para la empresa Dirigir la operación de los mercados por cuenta de terceros, salvaguardando los intereses del banco y siguiendo las indicaciones de los clientes, con el fin de generar el mayor rendimiento posible en las inversiones y así lograr relaciones de largo plazo con los ellos
